Some of my thoughts are a bit long and have very different ideas.
1. International investment environment: The Dow Jones Index broke through a record high, Nasdaq is expected to do so soon, and A-shares fell below 3,000 points. In this round of Sino-US trade war from 2018 to 23, Laos and the United States won completely. We estimate that we will be the same as we were in our childhood. In the so-called lost 30 years, we may be slightly stronger, at least for 10 years. The bull market in the U.S. stock market is here, can the bull market in the currency market be far behind?
2. The market cycle of the currency market:
I think this cycle should not simply follow the big bull market every four years, similar to the bull market in 13 years, the bull market in 17 years, and the bull market in 21 years. The reasons are as follows: First, the currency market was not popular before and was hit everywhere, so it could not attract the attention of the real big guys. Now, both its influence and the entire capital pool are quite large. Second, the current amount of BTC remaining in the market accounts for the vast majority. It seems that there are only more than 1.4 million BTC left that have not been mined. The block production speed of BTC in 2016-20 is 4 times that after the halving in 24 years. The top 24-28 are dug every year and the top is dug every four years. Although the halving expectation is useful, it no longer plays a decisive role.
My point of view: The currency market still depends on the global investment environment. The expectation of the Federal Reserve cutting interest rates and the actual start of interest rate cuts will prompt the currency market to start a bull market. The currency market is now a super large sector of the US stock market. No one really thinks that the recent boom in the currency market is because they have stepped out of the independent market.
3. Big fish eat small fish, and big fish eat shrimps.
The BTC spot ETF is about to hit, and serious Wall Street financial tycoons are beginning to move their chairs to the gambling table. I think the protagonist of the next bull market should be the traditional financial tycoons versus the upstarts in the currency circle, and the SEC’s attack on BN. A start. I think even the rise of SOL is related to the traditional big guys. According to the information I learned, FTX went bankrupt and was acquired by the big guys at a low price. At that time, the company's assets, such as SOL and other tokens, were very low. , the boss is a big steal. The recent vigorous development of SOL's ecosystem may also be related to these.
4. Extending from the previous point here, under those circumstances, how should we crayfish in the currency circle try to survive in troubled waters? I also have a few small ideas that everyone can discuss.
a. First we have to choose a team and stand in the right team. I have had a firm point of view since I first learned about BTC, that is, in this currency market, except for BTC, there is nothing that cannot be replaced. ETH is just a technical currency, and its ETH ecosystem is not irreplaceable. After all, the blockchain world is still in its infancy. This is the team I want to be on.
b. Then why? ETH has risen from 2 yuan in 2015 to 2,000 US dollars now, and has reached a maximum of more than 4,000 US dollars. In the middle, there are methods like ICO and Defi. With the help of the so-called ETH ecology, a number of upstarts in the currency circle have been fattened. (Don’t If you argue with me, BTC didn’t cost money in the beginning. You’re right.) Now that the Wall Street bosses are here, will they still give money to the upstarts who have already accumulated ETH? I don’t think so.
c. I think the biggest mistake of ETH is to abandon POW and switch to POS. Although this is in line with the so-called development needs of the times, it will no longer waste energy, no longer damage the environment, and will not be criticized verbally by environmentalists. But, but, AMD was almost finished that year, just in time for the ETH explosion and being mined by graphics cards. After being rescued, now there is no graphics card mining support from the mine boss, no huge investment in graphics cards with real money all over the world, and no huge power consumption. Can ETH continue to be brilliant just by relying on those smart programmers and scientists? Then I Why don't Wall Street bosses call smart scientists and programmers over to write ATH BTH CTH DTH to carry your ETH sedan? I might as well produce a car and drive it myself. Anyway, how much money is a person worth?
I boldly make a prediction that in the near future, ETH will become as mediocre as LTC, becoming a useless thing that is worthless and worthless. I hope to be slapped in the face by then.
d. Another thing is that the personal IP of God V in the ETH team is too powerful. Although Ethereum is decentralized, his personal words and deeds have a great impact on ETH, which is beneficial to the early development, but now it is not It is a point that affects ETH.
5. Except for BTC, everything else in the next currency circle will undergo earth-shaking changes. I think this bull market is more similar to the bull market of 16-17, and it will start all over again.
Of course, the most important thing for us is which cars are produced and mastered by the big guys themselves. I have been thinking about it recently and will sort it out.
